This past weekend marked the annual showcase of iconic and classic rides known as the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. This showcase of timeless designs featured a wide array of beautiful and meticulous rides including customs, originals and much more. Today we get a look at one of the many custom designs on-hand, The Porsche 993 By Gunther Werks. This beautiful machine is basically an upgraded 911 GT3 RS onboard a 993 chassis, making for something quite striking. ‘
The design is powered by a 400+ horsepower naturally-aspirated 4-liter flat six that pushes 330 foot-pounds of torque. The design also has a widened racing-focused front-end, carbon-fiber composite panels throughout the body, and an interior that is also accented with carbon fiber. Alcantara fabric, and billet aluminum round things off inside bringing a whole new appeal and approach in the process. The ride is just one of 25 made, so act fast.
